‘It was very important and refreshing to hear. Lots to think about.’

Lune, a white person with glasses.

Hi! I’m Lune (they/she)

I’m a Queer, neurodivergent person with lived experiences of trauma and a bachelor’s degree in applied psychology, along with a broad experience in administrative work and community events.

I’m interested in people, and how we can all thrive in the right environment. My work is focused on current needs, and, in the case of my coaching, challenges to explore, reflect, and take real-life steps. I show up professional, but never impersonal.

I am proactive, curious, and like to combine challenging work and fun events with jobs that people may find mind-numbingly boring!

What can you expect working with me?

With experience in the hospitality, childcare, and financial sectors, as well as PA work, I bring a broad range of skills and knowledge, which I enjoy using in new ways. I stay away from AI wherever possible, and am honest but gentle.

My educational background is in Pedagogical Work, followed by a BSc in Applied Psychology. I offer coaching services to adults, and enjoy working with little ones through community events!

If you’d like to see how I could support you, or if you have an interesting project, please email me, or book a chat (and include any accessibility needs, so I may assist where needed).

Frequently asked questions

Do you have payment plans?

Payment plans are available upon request. The Coaching Package can be split over multiple monthly payments, and I do my best to work with people who can’t afford full rates. Please contact me directly if you’d like more information, and I’ll do my best to support your needs.

Do you only work with LGBTQ+ and/or neurodivergent people?

No, my coaching and services are available to anyone over the age of 18 who feels they could benefit from my support. You do not have to be part of the LGBTQIA+ community, nor do you have to be neurodivergent. The introductory chat has been designed to see what working together may look like, so please book a session if you wish to explore this.

Do you work online or in-person?

Typically, coaching sessions and administrative support services are online. I am available for in-person events, workshops, talks, or specialised support where needed. Please reach out to discuss in-person options should this be required or preferred.

How does the confidentiality work?

Confidentiality will be maintained throughout all our work, meaning no identifiable information will be shared about you in real life or on social media, unless consented to in writing, or in situations where I am legally obligated to do so.

What happens in a coaching session?

If it’s your first session, you will be asked to explain why you’ve booked an appointment. It’s okay if you don’t have a clear answer to this. In the first session, we will normally be figuring out what I could help you with, and what this may look like in future sessions. You can ask any questions you have for me, and we’ll have time to discover if you’d like to continue working together. Sessions do differ greatly from person to person, as it’s all about meeting you where you are. Regardless of this, you will be guided through the sessions, and are encouraged to ask questions and express your needs.

What if I need to reschedule or cancel an appointment?

I understand life happens, things come up, and energy levels can change. If you need to reschedule or cancel an appointment, please try to do so at least 24 hours before the start time. If this is not possible, please contact me via email. I trust that my clients are mindful and respectful towards my time, and therefore generally do not charge for cancellations or rescheduling. If I feel this information is not being handled with integrity, I may start charging for this, as stated in my terms and conditions.

What is your rate?

A one-off coaching session is 50 minutes, and costs £70 (GBP). Administrative support is £30 (GBP) per hour. Events or workshops are highly dependent on the situation and are quoted on a case-by-case basis. I do my best to work with clients who can not afford full rates upfront, so please reach out if this is the case.
