The Queer Life Package
Between forgetting to book a follow-up session, life getting busy, or thinking ‘I’ve probably discussed the main bits so it’s fine’, we never get to go deeper.
Which is why I’ve introduced this package, to make it a little bit easier (especially for us neurodivergent, anxious, or busy people) to keep showing up for yourself.
What is it?
8 Virtual 50-minute 1:1 sessions in which we dive into your needs and wants (and how to get there), as well as an individual plan used to track your journey, reflect, and keep the focus on what matters to you.

What for?
Some examples are:
- Reconnecting with yourself/exploring your gender identity
- Setting and achieving personal goals
- Making daily life a bit easier
- Exploring self care & setting boundaries
My coaching is an affirming space to reflect and be encouraged to take real-life steps. You don’t have to have a goal or know exactly what you want (though it’s fine if you do!).
Please note that this package is not intended to provide you with a diagnosis. I do not diagnose or treat mental health issues or illnesses.
Weekly or biweekly?
If you are busy or think you may need a bit more time in between sessions to process, a biweekly option may suit your needs better.
During our first session, we will discuss your needs and wants. If you decide you want to change the time in between sessions, we can do that at any point.

The practical bits
Total cost £480 – this will change to £520 from 1 December 2025.
One-off sessions or extra months can be added after the initial 8 sessions, depending on your needs at that time.
Can be split into multiple payments upon request. Please note that this is a non-refundable service.
